We aim to Send parcels by the next working day our working day these are Monday - Friday.

Refunds & Returns (Online Orders Only)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers who purchase goods online are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period. This means you can cancel your order for within 14 days of receiving your goods. 

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel within this period, you will be eligible for a refund, provided the items are returned in accordance with our returns instructions. 

• This cooling-off right applies only to purchases made online (distance sales), where you have not had the opportunity to inspect the item in person before buying.
• It does not apply to in-store purchases, unless stated otherwise in our goodwill returns policy.
• Certain items (such as personalised, perishable, or sealed hygiene products once opened) may be exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within the 14-day period with your order details. Further information on how to return your item will then be provided.
